Lovable Confetti Taunt: Pool Party

This taunt features the Pyro sitting inside an orange, polka-dotted inflatable kiddie pool. When activated, the character relaxes in the water while the Lovable Confetti unusual effect rains down around them. The effect is characterized by a swirling cloud of purple confetti bits and glowing purple orbs that constantly orbit the player.
