The Zipperface

The Zipperface is a cosmetic item that gives the Soldier’s head the appearance of being unzipped. It features a prominent metal zipper running from the forehead down to the nose, revealing a layer of exposed bone and raw tissue underneath. The skin flaps on either side of the skull are pulled back to highlight the gruesome, surgical aesthetic.
