The Can Opener

The Can Opener replaces the top of the character's cranium with a jagged, metallic rim that exposes a pulsating, organic brain. The skull appears to have been sliced open, featuring several small, upright metal shards along the incision line. This cosmetic also gives the character a pair of milky, pupilless white eyes.
