Tesla Coil B'aaarrgh-n-Bicorne

This is a large, black pirate bicorne hat featuring a white skull-and-crossbones emblem on the front. It has a gold trim along the edge and sits atop a white headband. The "Tesla Coil" effect adds a glowing purple aura with animated electric sparks surrounding the hat. Designed for use by the Scout class.
