Strange Ubersaw

This is a large surgical saw with a metallic handle and a blood-stained blade. Attached to the side is a syringe filled with a red fluid, giving it a medical yet menacing appearance. As a Strange quality item, it tracks kills made with it. Designed for use by the Medic class.
