Strange Part: Unusual-Wearing Player Kills

Adding this Strange Part to a Strange-quality weapon or cosmetic will enable it to track the number of enemies wearing Unusual-quality cosmetic items you kill. Strange Parts applied to weapons will only count events triggered with that weapon.
