Strange Part: Kills While Explosive Jumping

Adding this Strange Part to a Strange-quality weapon or cosmetic will enable it to track the number of enemies you kill while airborne from a rocket/stickyjump. Strange Parts applied to weapons will only count events triggered with that weapon.
