Snowblinded Citizen Cane

The Snowblinded Citizen Cane is a festive top hat patterned with red and white candy cane stripes. The design features a solid red ribbon encircling the base and a decorative swirl pattern on the crown. Attached to the brim are a pair of spectacles with round, swirling red and white lenses. These glasses are held in place by thin, candy-themed frames extending from the underside of the hat.
