Non-Craftable Specialized Killstreak Splendid Screen Kit

Used to add killstreak properties to an item. Killstreak effects must be removed from an item via Restore button before a new kit can be applied.

This kit contains a specialized applicator featuring a rugged, oil-stained canister and a set of integrated circuit boards. Beside the canister stands a vertical display unit housing a series of glowing, circular amber indicators. These components are designed for retrofitting the Splendid Screen, applying a Specialized Killstreak sheen to the weapon upon use.
