The Solemn Vow is a melee weapon featuring a stone bust of Hippocrates mounted atop a simple handle. A small brass plaque is affixed to the front of the sculpture, engraved with the words "Do No Harm." This Specialized Killstreak edition features a subtle sheen applied to the bust, which glows with a distinct, team-colored light as the user accumulates kills.
