Used to add killstreak properties to an item. Killstreak effects must be removed from an item via Restore button before a new kit can be applied.

This Specialized Killstreak Scattergun Kit consists of a weathered, oil-stained container accompanied by various technical components. It features a digital readout display and integrated circuitry boards. Once applied, this kit upgrades a Scattergun to track killstreaks and adds a specialized sheen effect to the weapon during gameplay.
