Non-Craftable Specialized Killstreak Postal Pummeler Kit

Used to add killstreak properties to an item. Killstreak effects must be removed from an item via Restore button before a new kit can be applied.

This Specialized Killstreak kit features a weathered oil can accompanied by a small circuit board and a vertical digital display. The display prominently illuminates a series of orange circular indicators. When applied, this kit upgrades the Postal Pummeler with a specialized sheen effect that pulses along the weapon's surface.
