Non-Craftable Specialized Killstreak Lollichop Kit

Used to add killstreak properties to an item. Killstreak effects must be removed from an item via Restore button before a new kit can be applied.

This specialized kit features a metallic oil can equipped with an upright spout that drips fluid onto an attached electronic display. The assembly includes a small circuit board and various electrical components laid out beside the central canister. The vertical display unit is encased in a dark frame and features a series of six glowing orange lights.
