Non-Craftable Specialized Killstreak Hot Hand Kit

Used to add killstreak properties to an item. Killstreak effects must be removed from an item via Restore button before a new kit can be applied.

This Specialized Killstreak Kit features a weathered industrial oiler accompanied by a small circuit board and a vertical LED display. The display is encased in a grey frame and houses a series of glowing orange lights. When applied to the Hot Hand, this kit adds a sheen finish to the weapon and introduces a specialized killstreaker effect to the player's eyes during gameplay.
