Non-Craftable Killstreak Scotsman's Skullcutter Kit

Used to add killstreak properties to an item. Killstreak effects must be removed from an item via Restore button before a new kit can be applied.

This Killstreak Scotsman's Skullcutter Kit consists of a weathered oil can, electronic circuit boards, and a vertical display panel.
