Non-Craftable Killstreak Pain Train Kit

Used to add killstreak properties to an item. Killstreak effects must be removed from an item via Restore button before a new kit can be applied.

This Killstreak Pain Train Kit consists of a weathered, oil-stained canister topped with a dripping spout.
