Non-Craftable Killstreak Neon Annihilator Kit

Used to add killstreak properties to an item. Killstreak effects must be removed from an item via Restore button before a new kit can be applied.

This kit features a weathered oil can with a spout, accompanied by a circuit board and a display showing a glowing orange readout. The components are connected by visible wires, giving it a mechanical and industrial appearance. It is designed to be applied to a Neon Annihilator, modifying its properties in-game.
