Non-Craftable Killstreak L'Etranger Kit

Used to add killstreak properties to an item. Killstreak effects must be removed from an item via Restore button before a new kit can be applied.

This kit features a worn metal oil can with a spout, accompanied by a small electronic device displaying glowing orange numbers. Wires and a circuit board are attached, giving it a mechanical and utilitarian look. It is used to modify a specific weapon with unique properties.
