Morning Glory Black Watch

This item is a red tartan-patterned tam o' shanter hat with a black band and a prominent white plume on top. The "Morning Glory" effect adds a bright, ethereal burst of glowing light and swirling particles above the hat. It is designed exclusively for the Demoman class.
