Kill-a-Watt Barnstormer

A brown leather aviator cap fitted with large flight goggles and side flaps for the Engineer. The goggles sit over the forehead while smaller round lenses cover the eyes, giving the cosmetic a layered pilot look. It features the Kill-a-Watt unusual effect, shown as bright yellow electrical arcs and a glowing energy field around the head.
