Heavy Costume Transmogrifier

Using this transmogrifier on any Halloween 2013 costume piece will replace it with a costume piece wearable by Heavies.

The Heavy Costume Transmogrifier appears as a small, makeshift cardboard box featuring a rotating selector dial and a prominent Mann Co. logo. A flexible, accordion-style tube extends from the side of the box, while a vertical sign displaying a fist emblem is attached to the top.
