Death at Dusk Whoopee Cap

This is a red, crown-shaped cap with jagged edges resembling a playful paper crown. The hat is decorated with several colorful pins and badges attached around its band. It features a Death at Dusk unusual effect, which surrounds the hat with a misty, purple aura. Designed for use by the Scout class.
